Facteur Sauvage (Augmenté) IV is Facteur Sauvage’s first album as a quintet. Recorded in a single three-hour session under live conditions, it captures the raw, ever-shifting energy that defines the band.

The album brings together new compositions and reimagined pieces, transformed by the addition of brass, years on the road, and performances in barns, bars, and independent music venues.

This is a record rooted in the present and driven by movement. A rock sound free from clichés, a blues untethered from convention, and an embodied poetry grounded in human experience. Five musicians searching for a balance between power and vulnerability, tension and breath, fervour and tenderness.
